FRIDAY
Aug. 8
5:30: The Pub at Laurelwood.
Casual and fun location, no-host bar & menu located at the iconic Laurelwood Golf Club
SATURDAY
Aug. 9
5:30 - 10pm: The Club at Autzen Stadium. Dinner Buffet & Dance
Buffet with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options provided. No-host bar. Located in Autzen Stadium upstairs in the Donors Club. Exact entry gate will be announced ASAP
SUNDAY
Aug. 10
11:30am: Lunch at Roaring Rapids Pizza Company
Located at the old Pietro’s Pizza Parlor in Glenwood. https://roaringrapidspizza.com. A no-host gathering on the patio for a slice and a brew. There is no reservation, so we’ll just gather for lunch to end our weekend.
In addition:
Friday morning we have planned a Hit & Giggle golf outing at Laurelwood Golf Course. 8am shotgun start.
We will need a minimum of 24 participants.
The cost will be the price of 9 holes + half a cart (aprox $35)

We are considering other activities, including
a visit to a cannabis-production facility and a treasure hunt with a cash prize awarded Saturday night (details to follow).
